The "Truth in wine" or the 10-year trade agreement between Turkey and Azerbaijan

According to the decision approved by President Erdogan and entered into force, 1.5 million liters of wine and fermented alcoholic beverages will be imported from Azerbaijan annually with zero customs duty. The "Preferential Trade Agreement" between the countries will be valid for 10 years. Turkey will buy wine, mulberry, quince, iron and steel products and packaging materials with zero customs duty from Azerbaijan. In turn, Turkey will send copper wire, washing machines, monitors, video recorders, car parts and aluminum to Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan will also not charge customs duties on these goods.
