The Turkish Advertising Council has issued a fine to the famous food blogger Musa Ozsoy for publishing false information about the product. On his page, Musa Ozsoy, better known on social media as Food Detective, shared information about the peanut paste "Züber Original Peanut Butter", indicating that the paste is a product with a high protein content. The Ministry of Commerce considered this information to be unreliable and in violation of the law on consumer protection, as a result of which an unprecedented fine of 550.059 liras ($17,000) was imposed on the blogger.

Musa Ozsoy considers the fine imposed by the Ministry of Commerce to be exorbitant and made a statement on his social network page: "Look at what our ministry is doing! Instead of fining establishments that do not meet the basic requirements of sanitary safety, it issues a huge fine for the incorrectly specified amount of protein in the product."
