Passenger numbers at Ercan Airport in Northern Cyprus increased by 32% in 2023

During the 9-month period of 2023, Ercan Airport increased the number of passengers by 32% and the number of aircraft by 17% compared to 2022. The total number of passengers amounted to 2,859,000.

Serhat Ozcelik, general manager of T&T Airport, said that they are doing their best to provide quality services to both nationals and tourists. "We have a target of carrying 4 million passengers by the end of the year," he added. The significant increase in the number of flights and passengers has been made possible by the addition of Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, Anadolu Jet, Fly Cyprus Airlines and Sun Express.
