An apartment by the sea is now just a dream?

An apartment by the sea is now just a dream?

February 1, 2023

Against the background of news about record sales of Turkish real estate and rising prices for it, many decided that it was too late to do anything and the dream of an apartment by the sea would remain a dream. We are ready to explain why this is not the case.
Firstly, the Turkish real estate market is not limited only to elite properties on the first coastline. There are offers for every taste, color and purse. A professional realtor who understands the regions of the country and pricing policy will always choose an option suitable for the client. And even if this is a budget option, do not think that it will be only an old housing stock, remote from the sea.
For example, Mersin is very popular this year. The apartments there are flying like hot cakes. Nevertheless, there are still a lot of interesting objects in Mersin, located in beautiful resort areas on the Mediterranean coast. By choosing a project from a reliable developer, in 1-2 years you will be able to become the owner of a modern apartment on the seashore. A nice bonus will be that during this time the value of the property will increase significantly. And if for some reason you do not plan to live in an apartment yet, you can always rent it out and receive a monthly profit.
Secondly, be sure to pay attention to the interest-free installments, excluding any overpayments and commissions. Installments are now offered by all self-respecting developers. The amount of the initial payment varies from 25 to 50%, and the payment period is from 6 to 20 months. Considering that the cost of apartments starts from 45,000 – 50,000 euros, it is easy to calculate that the payment scheme will be very comfortable, and the same competent realtor will control the payment dates and the process of processing the necessary documents.
And thirdly, always contact only reliable agencies that work with the same developers and will always be able to agree on the conditions that are right for you. We are sure that the dream of an apartment on the seashore is feasible. For our part, we, the licensed agency of Alanya Brand Group, are ready to take over the entire technical side of the issue and help you realize the most daring ideas!
