Mayor of Alanya visited the department of complaints and proposals "Çözüm masası"

Mayor of Alanya Osman Taryk Ozcelik visited subdivisions of the municipality and talked with employees. The mayor also answered the calls in the department of complaints and proposals "Çözüm masası" (decision table) and listened to the requests of the citizens.

Mayor of Alanya Osman Taryk Ozcelik together with mayor’s advisor Sadyk Dizdarglu visited units in the main building of the municipality. The mayor was informed of the procedure and functioning of the complaints and proposals department. During the visit, the mayor answered a call from a citizen calling "Çözüm masası". The citizen, who was surprised that the Mayor of Alanya personally answered his call, thanked Ozcelik for the informative and polite answer. The mayor responded that the municipality is working with the desire to provide more rapid and efficient services to citizens, and stressed that all citizens can always contact the municipality and share their problems.
