Innovations in the rules of applying for residence permits in Turkey in 2024!

June 17, 2024

On June 24, Göç Randevu Sistemi (GRS) will start working in Turkey, a system for recording and tracking rendezvous when applying for residence permits. You can log in to GRS via e-devlet or via https:/randevu.goc.gov.tr/ (starting from June 24).

It is reported that the system will keep all data of a foreigner in the personal profile. It will be able to track the entire history of appeals, view documents, etc. Thanks to the system, foreigners will be able to make an appointment without re-entering data.

In addition, the original documents will now be submitted to notaries. Thus, the application process for residence permits will be as follows:

- online questionnaire completion and rendezvous date receipt
- visit to the migration service, where the employee checks the set of documents and assigns the contact number of your application
- delivery of the package of documents to the notary (the notary must inform the application number issued by the migration service)
- the notary scanns the documents and enters them into the system Göç Randevu Sistemi and issues a certificate that the documents are loaded into the GRS system and are under consideration
