A tender has been announced for the construction of the largest solar power plant in the TRNC

SANHO Northern Energy, in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry of Northern Cyprus and the Association of Hoteliers of Cyprus, has announced a tender for the construction of the largest solar power plant in the TRNC. The tender "Projects of an integrated solar power plant (SPP) electricity storage unit and a high-voltage substation transmission line" will be evaluated by the SAN-HO tender commission. Both domestic and foreign companies and/or individuals can participate in the competition.
The tender period for the construction of the system, which will have a capacity of 25 MW AC and 50 MW DC, expires on January 31.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
