Alanya Municipality has published a circular to protect forests from fires

AThe municipality of Alanya has published a circular to protect forests from fires. According to it during the period from June 23 to October 31 is prohibited:
 
- Make bonfires in places (including private property lands) located within 4 km of forest areas
- to use flammable materials such as fireworks, hot air balloons and other similar devices that can cause a fire
- to burn dry leaves, garden debris, branches, etc.
 
Compliance with the above rules will be monitored by law enforcement officers, forest guards, as well as police and volunteers.

Important: making fires and using a barbecue is allowed only in designated recreation areas, nature parks and picnic areas. You can report fires by calling 182 or 112.
