What is the attraction of Bali for foreigners? Why is this resort among the top places in terms of the number of repeat visits and ranks 5th in the U.S.NEWS & World Report ranking in the list of the best places on the planet, ideal for living and investing?

Nature and climate
Bali is truly unique in terms of natural attractions and a smooth mild climate. It is part of the Coral Triangle zone, which is one of the most biologically diverse regions of our planet. Mountains, volcanoes, tropical forests with lush vegetation, endless rice terraces and a magnificent ocean coast. The water temperature in the ocean does not drop below +27C even during the rainy season. The rainy season here does not last long - from December to March and is not an obstacle to a good holiday.

Ocean and beaches
The main reason why hundreds of thousands of people come to Bali, of course, is the majestic ocean and countless beautiful beaches that it washes. Here everyone will find a beach to their liking: beaches with big waves - for surfers, beaches with corals - for divers, beaches with fine snow-white or black volcanic sand - for fans of Instagram locations as from advertising pictures.

Culture
Balinese people deeply believe in the balance between the spiritual and the material. This special vision is reflected in architecture and sculptures, in the unique atmosphere in religious temples and even in traditional local crafts. It is here that tourists from all over the world come to find unity with themselves and with nature. The Balinese themselves are very friendly and hospitable.

Simple conditions for obtaining a residence permit
For foreigners planning to permanently reside on the island, there are several types of residence permits that they can apply for, depending on a particular situation. In addition, Bali ranks 7th in the world in terms of GDP and, according to forecasts by the World Bank and the IMF, is in the TOP 5 in the projected ranking of world economies by 2030.

Safety of life
Bali is considered a safe place for tourists. However, as in any popular tourist destination, there are also cases of petty crime and fraud.
