1. TisanPlaji.
The peculiarity of the beach is that the sea is located on both sides. Therefore, even if the sea is not calm on one side, there are no waves on the other side of the beach.

Yeşilovacık Halk Plajı
A great location for those who like wide sandy beaches.

3. Mavikent Plajı
Located among the pine forests in a bay with a turquoise clear sea. A pebbly beach.

4. Boğsak Koyu
A Blue Flag awarded beach where sea turtles lay their eggs at certain times. There is a camping site nearby.

5. Akçakıl Plajı
A pebbly beach on the shores of the pine forest, which is quite popular with campers and caravaners.

6. Barbaros Koyu (Eğribük Koyu)
One of the most beautiful and tranquil bays of Silifke. Barbaros Bay is an unspoiled bay which is visited by tourists on sightseeing boats. 

7. Kum Mahallesi Plaji
A wide sandy beach. The sea here is shallow, so it is suitable for holidays with children.

8. Yapraklı Koy Plajı
The most popular bathing bay of Mersin. A sandy beach with a turquoise colored sea is a natural pool surrounded by rocks.

9. Susanoğlu Plajı
 Located just after Yaprakli bay. Ideal for families with children due to the wide sandy beach and gentle sea access. It can be very busy at weekends.

10. Kapızlı Sahili
A wide sandy beach, sometimes with waves.

11. Kızlar Hamamı Koyu
A bay where the sea is as cold as ice and clear as glass as fresh water meets the sea. The name "girls' bathing place" is based on mythology. According to the legend, the daughters of Zeus bathed here.

The next bay after Kizlar Hamama bay. Nearby is a large picnic area.

13. Altınorfoz Plajı

One of the most peaceful and quiet beaches in Mersin. Recipient of the Blue Flag. The sea surface resembles a sheet in the morning but the waves start in the afternoon.

The bay next to the Ulu Resort Hotel. 

16. Büyükeceli Sahili
A quiet bay with a sandy beach and warm sea. Suitable for snorkeling.

17. Anamur Sahili
The beach of Pullu Orman National Park is 17 km long with sandy and pebbly areas. In the part of the coast that reaches the ancient city of Anamurim, there are historic ruins underwater where you can snorkel. There is a large camping area. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and there are guesthouses, cafes and restaurants along the coast.

18. İncekum Plajı
This is a beautiful sandy beach. The Mersin Antalya Highway is just behind the beach, so it is easy to get here by car. There is a camping site in Incekum National Park right behind the beach.

19. Soğuksu Plajı.
Here the waters coming from the mountains meet the sea, so the temperature of the sea is lower than in other places. Hence the name, Soğuk su (cold water). 

20. Yenikaş yarımadası
A short drive from Soğuk Su towards Antalya takes you to this beach, which is popular with diving enthusiasts.

21. Limonlu Belediyesi Sahili
Beautiful sandy beach in Erdemli with a wide shoreline.

Rules for the import of medicines in the UAE in 2024 

The UAE authorities remind citizens who wish to visit the country of the need to obtain a special permit for carrying certain types of medicines. The new guide, issued in the UAE, is intended for residents, tourists and transit passengers who plan to bring medical drugs into the country. Travelers should carry prescriptions for some medicines and check if they are subject to special control. All UAE residents, tourists and transit passengers are required to have a permit for the importation and storage of controlled and semi-controlled drugs. It can be obtained on the website of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (Mohap). Class A controlled drugs (CDA) are narcotic and psychotropic drugs that are often used in acute and chronic diseases. Class B (CDb) drugs are semi-controlled. Controlled drugs include strong analgesics (e.g., morphine, codeine, fentanyl), psychoactive drugs (e.g., benzodiazepines, antidepressants, neuroleptics), stimulants (e.g., methylphenidate, amphetamines), sedatives and tranquillizers (for example, barbiturates, some sleeping pills). For the importation of controlled drugs, travellers must obtain prior authorization from Mohap and submit relevant documents in Arabic or English, Including a valid medical prescription and an authenticated certificate or authorization from the competent authority of the country of dispatch. Travellers may import prescription drugs for personal use for a period of no more than three months, provided they have an active medical prescription. The UAE prohibits the importation of unregistered or banned drugs, as well as medicinal herbs that may be authorized in the country of origin. For all other herbal medicines, the import procedure is similar to conventional prescription drugs.

Drilling and research vessels of Turkey

The will in Turkey: important information for foreigners 

If a foreigner wants to leave a will in Turkey, it is important to consider that it must comply with Turkish inheritance law. Turkish law provides for a guaranteed share (saklı pay) for certain categories of heirs, regardless of the contents of the will. Such heirs include children, spouses and parents. Legal heirs not mentioned in the will may apply to the court for their share of the inheritance. Brothers and sisters are not entitled to a guaranteed share.
