Sales of real estate to foreigners in 2022 increased by 15.2 percent.

At the end of 2022, the number of properties sold to foreigners amounted to 67,490 properties. This is 15.2% more than in 2021.
Traditionally, Istanbul occupied the first place - 24953 objects. If we consider the results for December 2022, then in the last month of last year, the Antalya region moved to the first place, where 2465 objects were purchased by foreigners. Most of the real estate was bought by citizens of the Russian Federation, in second and third places - the citizens of Iran and Iraq, respectively.
