The cost of the mansion is estimated at 18 million dollars. It is located in the district of Uskudar on the shore of the Bosphorus Strait. On a plot of 9600 m2 there are buildings of 2000 m2. Now the mansion is undergoing repair work. It is known that Abramovich has already received permission to build a helipad.
It is noteworthy that the previous owner of the mansion is a very unorthodox preacher Harun Yahya (real name - Adnan Oktar), who in 2021 was sentenced to 1075 years in prison.
