Russians now have the opportunity to issue a virtual card of the Turkish payment system Troy

The Letim mobile application has been launched in Russia, where Russian citizens can issue a virtual card of the Turkish payment system Troy to pay with it in all stores in Turkey and withdraw cash at ATMs by means of a QR code. 

To apply for the card it is necessary to download Letim Google Play or App Store application. A scan of your passport will be required. "Physical card" cannot be issued, as after registration an electronic wallet is created, not an account in a Turkish bank. It is possible to deposit liras to the account through SBP - fast payment service. The maximum possible amount per month is 250,000 liras (850,000 rubles). Deposit/withdrawal fees have not been announced yet.
