From September 1, 2023, a scheme will be launched in Turkey, under which all housing disputes will first be handled by mediators - mentors.
The purpose of the program: to relieve the judicial authorities, reduce the time for resolving issues, usually related to rental property, as well as reduce the legal costs of citizens.
The mediators will have to review the case within 3 weeks, and only if the dispute cannot be resolved with their help will the case go to court. In order to use the help of a mentor, it will be necessary to submit an application at the judge's secretary or at a special office.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public.
