enSolar power plants have saved 34 million liras to the budget of Alanya

Three solar power plants, first put into operation in 2017, and another power plant, built in 2019, generated a total of 29,785,601.39 kWh of electricity and allowed saving substantial funds for the city. The Mayor of Alanya, Adem Murat Yucel, said that thanks to investments in solar energy over the past five years, the city budget has managed to save about 34 million liras.
"Renewable energy sources are very important for the environment, so we are focused on the further development of such projects," the mayor added.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public.
