November 17, 2023

A new 1 million 400 thousand m2 OSB industrial zone is being built in Korkuteli, 60 km from Antalya. The infrastructure will include a waste treatment system and all electricity in the zone will be self-generated through solar panels. 95 furniture, textile and food production companies have already applied to work in the OSB area, which in turn will have a positive impact on employment in the area. It is reported that priority will be given to companies that will produce value-added products, provide more employment to the community and are environmentally and ecologically friendly.
"We aim to create an industrial zone that meets the highest environmental quality standards and want it to become an example for the whole of Turkey," said Osman Bahçe, deputy chairman of the OSB Korkuteli Entrepreneurship Committee.
