enStatistics on real estate sales in Turkey for July 2023

According to the statistics institute of Turkey TÜIK in July 2023 was sold 110 thousand real estate. Compared to July 2022, the growth amounted to 16.7%. The most transactions were made in Istanbul - 15700, in second place Ankara - 9600 transactions, in third place Izmir - 5200 transactions.
The leader in sales of housing to foreigners was Antalya - 996 sales, the second place is Istanbul - 832 sales, the third place is Mersin - 263 transactions. The most real estate was purchased by citizens of the Russian Federation, in second place citizens of Iran and Iraq, in third place - Ukrainians.

Turkey s state-owned energy company Botas has signed a new long-term contract with France s TotalEnergies for the supply of 16 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year. Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Turkey's economic growth in the second quarter of 2024
