Real estate sales statistics in Turkey for April 2024

In April 2024, 75,569 properties were sold in Turkey, which is 11.8% less than in April 2023.

Sales Leaders by Province:

Istanbul - 12.406 objects
Ankara - 6,272 objects
Antalya - 4,427 objects

Sales of primary real estate (24,085 properties) amounted to 31.9%, showing a decrease of 10.6%. Sales of secondary real estate (51,484 properties) amounted to 68.1%, showing a decrease of 12.3%

Real estate sales to foreigners have declined again. In April, foreigners bought 1,272 properties, which is 50.3% less compared to the same period last year.

The leaders of real estate sales to foreigners by province:

Antalya - 454 objects
Istanbul - 407 objects
Mersin - 149 objects

By nationality, citizens of the Russian Federation purchased the most real estate - 293 objects, Iran - 117 objects and Ukraine - 91 objects.
