Yalova thermal spring is located in the province of the same name Yalova in the north-west of Turkey on the shores of the Sea of Marmara. The city of Yalova itself is more than 5 thousand years old. The resort is convenient for tourists arriving in Istanbul, especially at Sabiha Gokcen Airport. You can also get to the city by ferry. Here like to come not only Istanbul residents, but also tourists from European countries, and the town itself has a quiet atmosphere, typical of old European cities.
The distance between Istanbul and Yalova is 110 km. The resort belongs to the Ministry of Health of Turkey, which guarantees a high level of medical service and comfort for visitors. There are also private health resorts. Water in the springs of Yalova has a temperature from 55 to 60 degrees Celsius, pH value from 6.88 - 7.48, and also contains a significant amount of sulfur, sodium and calcium. Its healing properties were known since Byzantine times.
