Mersin's three-day Solar Festival!

The 11th International Solar Festival (11. Soli Güneş Festivali 2023) will be held in Mersin on June 23, 24 and 25. Each year the festival is attended by companies involved in solar energy and renewable energy systems.  Concert programs are organized in the evening hours.

Traditionally, the 11th International Solar Festival will open with a celebratory procession. Daytime events will be held near the Mezitli district administration building. In the evenings at 9 p.m. on the stage 
Soli Arena Konser Alanı (Viranşehir Mahallesi) will host concerts by famous artists:

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors

Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
