enReal estate prices in Antalya province for the year increased by 103%

According to the analytical platform Endeksa real estate prices in Antalya for the year rose by 103%. At the same time, the average cost of one object was 3.4 million liras (114,000 euros), and the cost per square meter - 28 500 liras (956 euros). In June 2023 Antalya became one of the top three leaders in housing sales in Turkey, behind only Istanbul and Ankara.

Turkey s state-owned energy company Botas has signed a new long-term contract with France s TotalEnergies for the supply of 16 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year. Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
