Yayla çorbası Turkish soup is included in the list of the most delicious soups in the world

As a result of a CNN Travel study, which identified the best soups, Yayla soup was included in the list of the best soups in the world. Yayla chorba is a thick yogurt-based soup with the addition of flour, rice, egg yolk, butter and dry mint. Initially, this soup was popular among residents of the mountainous regions of Black Sea Turkey, hence the name "yayla" - highlands.

The list of the best soups in the world also includes borscht, beef fo, gazpacho, bouillabaisse, kharcho, tom yam and ramen.
