Turkey took 1st place in the list of countries with the largest increase in the number of super-rich people

Turkey took 1st place among the countries participating in the study, with an annual growth rate of 9.7%. According to Wealth Report 2024, 1,932 people in Turkey are super-rich.

According to Knight Frank's "The Wealth Report 2024", the number of people in Turkey with a fortune of more than $30 million amounted to 1,932 people (last year - 1,761 people). Thus, the number of the super-rich in Turkey increased by 9.7%.

The countries with the largest increase in the number of super-rich people:

Turkey - 9.7 %
USA - 7.9 %
India - 6.1 %
South Korea - 5.6 %
Switzerland - 5.2 %

However, Turkey is not the country with the largest number of ultra-rich in the world! According to Asset Report 2024, the country with the largest number of people with assets of more than $ 30 million is the United States - 225 thousand 77 people.

Germany - 29.021 people.
Canada - 27,928 people.
Great Britain - 23.072 people.

According to Knight Frank forecasts, by 2028 the number of ultra-rich people in Turkey will increase by 42.9% to 2,760 people.
