Kızlarpınari Street in the center of Alanya will be widened to 18 meters

October 11, 2023

The zoning plan for Kızlarpınarı Street has been finalized. The purpose of the project, which envisages increasing the width of the road from 12 meters to 18 meters, is to relieve the city's transport network, reduce traffic density and ensure comfortable movement.

Since 92% of the existing buildings in the area are over 40 years old, the construction of new buildings will be carried out taking into account the 18-meter road. The first floors of the buildings are planned to be used as commercial space and the remaining five floors as residential. Thus, new 6-storey buildings will be built along the street instead of the old five-storey buildings.
