The identity of the buyer has not been disclosed for obvious reasons. In total, Turks spent $2 billion on real estate purchases last year and entered the TOP 10 buyers of real estate in Dubai.

"If 10 years ago Turks bought property abroad for an average of $ 130 million per year, now only in January 2024 they spent a similar amount buying foreign real estate for $ 133 million," Varli reports.
