Turkey plans to receive 2 million medical tourists in 2024

According to the information The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in 2023, the number of tourists visiting the country for medical purposes amounted to 1.4 million people. The income received amounted to $2.3 billion. In 2024, it is planned to increase the profitability of medical tourism to $ 3 billion and receive 2 million medical tourists.

Turkey offers high-quality medical services at much more reasonable prices than in Europe. Foreigners come here to receive qualified assistance in the fields of hair transplantation, dentistry, gynecology, IVF, oncology, cardiology, etc.
