Alanya to demolish the house, which was built in violation of safety and technology of construction

Employees of the Zabita Office and the Construction Control Authority of Alanya Municipality discovered that the foundation beams in the basement of a 4-storey building in the Saray Mahallesi district were cut. In the course of the work, it was found that the beams of the ceiling on which the columns of the building are based were cut in such a way that the seismic safety and stability of reinforced concrete columns were violated.
Experts found that the illegal work has worsened the static safety, the building is sealed and subject to demolition.

Speaking on this occasion, Mayor of Alanya Osman Taryk Ozcelik said: "Security of life and property of our citizens is our priority. We will not allow construction attempts that violate the safety of the lives of our citizens, and we will take all possible legal and administrative measures against those responsible for such actions".
