The international diplomatic forum ADF 2024 will be held in Antalya in March

February 27, 2024

The third diplomatic forum "Diplomacy in Times of Crisis" will be held in Antalya from March 1-3. The official opening of ADF 2024 will take place on Friday, March 1, at 2:30 p.m. with speeches by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. The third ADF will bring together heads of state and government, ministers, diplomats, businessmen, scientists, representatives of think tanks, youth and the media for a broad exchange of views. As before, the forum will discuss the most important regional and global issues.

The organizers note that the theme of the forum is designed to provide a basis for finding peaceful solutions in our turbulent times: "Ongoing wars, terrorism, illegal migration, xenophobia and Islamophobia, unpredictable risks generated by artificial intelligence, climate change, natural disasters and pandemics, the widening socio-economic gap, etc. are just some of the global challenges which we are facing. How can we use diplomacy more effectively to respond to global challenges? The answer, of course, lies in the adoption of a new understanding of diplomacy that goes beyond the traditional framework of dialogue."
