enSnowdrops bloomed in Manisa a month earlier

The Manisa Mountain National Park, located in the Shehzadeler district at an altitude of 1,517 m above sea level, is home to more than 120 species of endemic plants, including the harbingers of spring - snowdrops. Due to the abnormally warm weather, snow did not fall in the park for a long time and suddenly, a month earlier than usual, snowdrops bloomed. In Turkey, the fine for picking snowdrop flowers is 387.142 lira (almost 13 thousand dollars).

Türkiye increases purchases of Western LNG: new contract with TotalEnergies.
Turkey s state-owned energy company Botas has signed a new long-term contract with France s TotalEnergies for the supply of 16 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year. The agreement will come into force in 2027 and is designed for 10 years, providing Turkey with an additional 1.6 billion cubic meters of gas annually.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public.
