A new public hospital and dental center is being built in Mezitli district of Mersin

In Mezitli district of Mersin, construction of a state hospital and dental center has started.
According to the project, the area of the hospital is 280 thousand m2. There will be a hospital with 150 beds and a parking lot for 500 cars. There will also be built a dental center, designed for simultaneous service of 50 people. The construction is planned to be completed within 2 years.  

AK Party MP for Mersin Ali Kıratli, Provincial Health Director Dr. Emrah Ceviz and AK Party's Mezitli District Chairman Zafer Uslu inspected the construction of Mezitli State Hospital.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors

Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.

Turkey's economic growth in the second quarter of 2024

Turkey's Federal Statistical Office reported that the country's economy grew by 2.5% in the second quarter of 2024. Significant growth was recorded in the services sector (7.4%) and construction (6.5%).
