The international transportation summit "ASECAP DAYS 2023" will be held in Istanbul

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu announced that a transportation summit "ASECAP DAYS 2023" will be held in Istanbul on September 19-20 with the participation of members of the European Association of Toll Road and Infrastructure Operators ASECAP. The summit, organized for the first time in Turkey, will discuss issues related to highway operators and road transport. In addition, a number of sessions will be held to discuss the necessary changes in the sector. Serhat Sogukpınar, CEO of ICA (the first and only company accepted as a full member of ASECAP from Turkey) emphasized that ASECAP is a very important and valuable international platform bringing together private highway operators in Europe.

The following topics of the summit were announced: ac "Innovative financing models for inclusive mobility", "Sustainable asset management and project implementation models", "Sustainability of infrastructure projects", "Innovative approaches in road safety", "Highway infrastructure for decarbonization", "green logistics", "Development of electric and autonomous vehicles in Turkey", "Sustainable transport financing".
