Akin Opeka mansion for sale in Istanbul for 750 million liras (over $23 million)

The historic mansion, better known as the "White Mansion" and the "Brown Mansion", owned by Koza-Ipek Holding, has been put up for sale by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund. The mansion is located in the Bebek district of Istanbul. The auction (open auction) will take place on June 27.

The "White Mansion" is for sale, consisting of 2 buildings with two basement floors, a ground floor, one ordinary floor, an attic floor and a terrace. The area of the mansion is 695 m2 + 208 m2 of terrace. The other building, called the "Brown Mansion", consists of a basement and a regular floor and has a total area of 230 m2.

Previously, the mansion belonged to Akin and pek, a member of the FETÖ terrorist organization. Ipek, who lives in the UK, has lost two lawsuits against Turkey in international arbitration courts.
