In Turkey, you can now get a doctor's consultation online

May 26, 2024

Now patients can receive consultations by communicating with doctors via video and audio communication via the e-Nabız platform. Doctors can also prescribe medications by electronic prescription. If necessary, the patient will be asked to undergo an in-person examination. The purpose of this system is to reduce the population density in hospitals and provide patients with easier access to medical services. Remote consultations will be conducted in hospitals belonging to the Ministry of Health. The examination fee will be covered by the Social Insurance Policy (SGK).

For remote examination, it is necessary to make an appointment with a doctor through the Central Doctor Appointment System (MHRS), e-devlet or any other convenient way. You can get advice from one doctor per day. It will also be possible to remotely request various certificates, health reports, etc.
