The baby baboon was born on December 23 in the Tarsus Nature Park. The recently born baby, who was named Lemon, is being looked after by veterinarians. He is currently in an incubator, as his mother refused to feed the cub. Despite this, the park staff are not worried about him. The mother also refused the previous offspring, however, the park staff safely fed and raised Nisan (that's the name of Lemon's older brother), so they are sure that Lemon will grow up to be a healthy and beautiful baboon.

Turkey s state-owned energy company Botas has signed a new long-term contract with France s TotalEnergies for the supply of 16 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year. Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
