Alanya Cycling Festival

Cycling enthusiasts, as well as all residents and guests of Alanya, are invited to the Bike Festival, which will be held on November 11 and 12. The festival is dedicated to children who have been disabled as a result of polio. 

The bike ride will start on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the Red Tower. Participants will proceed to Akköprü in Dimchai, where tables with fruit and drinks will be prepared for them. At 4:00 p.m., Dr. Theoman Kaynar will give a presentation on childhood polio at the Chamber of Commerce conference room. At 18:00, a party with music and refreshments is planned at the Delfino otel.

The second day of the bike ride will also start at 9:30 near the Red Tower and will end in Kargıcak at the waterfall on the waterfront, where an award ceremony will be held and participants will receive T-shirts from the Turkish Cycling Federation.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors

Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public.
