Due to the increase in the number of refusals for a tourist residence permit, more and more clients are interested in obtaining a residence permit for tapu (certificate of ownership of real estate). With properly collected documents and compliance with the necessary conditions, applications for such a residence permit are considered positively with a high degree of probability.
To do this, you need:
- The expert assessment of real estate should be at least $ 75,000 in large regions, including Antalya, and at least $ 50,000 in small regions.
- One owner or spouse must be specified in the tapu. Otherwise, it will be impossible to obtain a residence permit by tap.
- Real estate purchased after 01.07.2022 should be located in an open area.
- Only the owner and his husband/wife/children under 18 years of age must be registered in the property.
- The real estate object must have the status of residential real estate and be fully completed.

- marriage certificate/birth certificate with apostille
- expert assessment of the value of real estate

It should be noted that a residence permit for tapu has a number of advantages, including the possibility of applying for citizenship after 5 years of residence in Turkey. However, the maximum number of days spent outside the country should not exceed 365 days in five years and 6 months in a year.
