This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic Mehmet Şimşek on air of NTV TV channel. This amount the World Bank will provide Turkey for the implementation of a 3-year economic program. The medium-term economic program was announced by Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz in Ankara and broadcast by all local TV channels. "The inflation forecast is 65% for the end of 2023, 33% for 2024, 15.2% for 2025 and 8.5% for 2026," Cevdet Yılmaz said.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
