A plot of land with a view of the Bosphorus is for sale in Istanbul. The plot area is 685 m2. It is located in the Verity microdistrict of the Saryer district, the most prestigious location in the city, where there are no more building sites left. The owner of the site, Jalal Chynar, explaining the high cost of the object, said that the cost per square meter of luxury housing under construction, located next to this site, is already 20 thousand dollars per m2, and on the site that he sells, it is possible to build a building with an area of 3,500 m2.
