A Mediterranean seal came to the beach in Mersin
In Mersin, on the beach of Limonlu in Erdemli district vacationers noticed a seal. The seal, which was about two meters long, swam for quite a long time near the shore, and then swam out to sea. Mersin fishermen reported that they had seen this seal before and fed it with fish. So there is a good chance to see this unique animal again. The Mediterranean seal is threatened with extinction; there are no more than 1000 seals left in the world.

The law on withdrawal of foreign passports from Russians was approved in the third reading
As expected, the State Duma adopted in the third reading the amendments to the law "On the order of exit from and entrance to the Russian Federation". New amendments provide uniform list of bases for recognition of the passports as invalid and their further withdrawal. Under the new rules, passports will be kept until the expiration of the period of restriction of a citizen of the Russian Federation for departure or until the expiration of the document.
