Congratulations to the schoolchildren of Turkey on the start of the school year!
In Alanya, 229 schools opened their doors to 77,500 students. They will be taught by 4,465 teachers! The Mayor of Alanya, Adem Murat Yucel, together with Yusuf Yılmaz, Director of the Alanya District National Education Department, participated in the ceremony dedicated to the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year at Sami Bekar Primary School. After the students' performance, the first bell of the new school year rang and together with the school director Yılmaz, the Alanya Mayor visited the classrooms. Adem Murat Yucel talked to the pupils, talked about the importance of reading books and studying, and talked about the professions they want to get in the future. Three residential buildings recently constructed in Tekirdag have been demolished due to improper construction quality

International Theater Festival in Istanbul

Construction of a mixed-use complex is in full swing in Mersin's Mezitli neighborhood
Mayor Vahap Secher inspected the construction of a 4-storey multi-functional complex being built by the Municipality of the capital in Fındıkpınarı neighborhood of Mezitli district. The construction area of the complex is 1,600 m2. The complex will mainly function as a multi-storey parking lot. Innovations in the rendezvous procedure at Göç İdaresi Migration Service
According to the new rules, foreigners who have made two rendezvous through the e-devlet system in the last 6 months and did not show up for the appointment/canceled it, will not be able to make a third rendezvous. Turkey's economy showed good growth in the second quarter of 2023
According to T rk Sat, the economy grew by 3.5% in the second quarter of this year and annual GDP growth was 3.8% (above expectations). Consumer demand grew by 15.6%.
