Turkey ranked 6th among European countries in sales of electric vehicles
According to the European Association of Automobile Manufacturers (ACEA), the production of all-electric cars in Turkey has increased significantly. Every 10th company in Antalya is owned by foreigners
Antalya, where millions of tourists spend their holidays every year, has turned into a city where foreigners prefer to live on a permanent basis. Last year, 791 foreign companies (or companies with foreign partners) started operating in the city. In total, 6,158 of the 62,000 companies in the city are owned by foreigners. Among all foreign companies opened in 2023, companies owned by Russian citizens predominate - 255 companies. Russian citizens are followed by German citizens with 83 companies, an Iranian citizen with 64 companies, a Ukrainian citizen with 53 companies and an Azerbaijani citizen with 43 companies. The total number of companies owned by Russian citizens is 1,217, German citizens - 765 and Iranian citizens - 675. The majority of companies chose construction as their field of activity - 71 enterprises, followed by the construction sector, the IT industry (57 organizations) and the services, food and entertainment sector (53 enterprises).

The history of Alanya in black and white photographs
The Municipality of Alanya continues to study the archive of black and white photographs of the city. Mayor Adem Murat Yudzhel: "Our archive contains more than 10 thousand photos. We are doing important work to protect our rich cultural heritage and local values in order to pass them on to future generations." The photographs depict many traditions and customs of the past concerning social life, culture, tourism, crafts, weddings and ceremonies. Commemorative photos are regularly exhibited at various venues in the city during holidays, festivals and other events. Panoramic black-and-white photographs can also be seen on the walls of the Red Fortress in the historical part of Alanya. The most significant images were collected in a book. Antalya broke the record for the number of tourists in 2023
Antalya has broken a historical record by hosting 15,689,258 foreign tourists last year, exceeding the 2019 figure of 15. 280.000 people.
