Popular Turkish blogger spouses Kivanc and Beryl Telu, accused of fraud in the amount of about 150 million liras, have been taken into custody. Tariffs will be calculated based on the cost per square meter in the amount of 6000 liras for reinforced concrete structures (previously - 3016 liras) and 4000 liras for all other buildings (previously - 2080 liras). Increasing or decreasing coefficients will be applied to the basic tariff, depending on which area the building is located in and which risk group this area belongs to (a total of 7 risk groups).
