Dubai topped the list of the best cities in the Middle East 

Dubai has been recognized as the best city in the Middle East and the fifth best city in the world, ahead of Barcelona, Rome, Madrid, Singapore and Amsterdam. A purple bus for women has been launched in Istanbul
