IV Economic and Business Forum "Turkey-Africa" in Istanbul
The IV Turkey-Africa Economic and Business Forum is being held at the Istanbul Convention Center on Oct. 12 and 13. African ministers and officials attending the forum called for a long-term partnership between the countries, noting that Turkey has expertise in many important sectors such as energy, telecommunications, transportation and healthcare. Alanya's historic mansion Hacı Karanfil has received an award from the Union of Historic Towns of Turkey
Built in the late 19th century (1899-1900) and restored by the Municipality of Alanya, the historic mansion Hacı Karanfil has been awarded for the second time in the competition "Encouragement of projects for the protection of the country's historical and cultural heritage". The competition was organized by the Union of Historical Cities (TKB). Incidentally, the mansion: located in the Şekerhan neighborhood, has already received the same award in the 2019 competition.

Alanya Municipality will build a new secondary school in Konaklı district

Employees of 375 hotels in Alanya have been trained in the Zero Waste program

Juries have selected the participants of the 18th Alanya International Sculpture Festival to be held in Alanya in November
The sculptors who will take part in the 18th Alanya International Sculpture Festival organized by Alanya Municipality and Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University have been selected. The festival, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of our republic, will start on November 1 on the square next to the Municipality building and will last until November 30. Applications for participation in the festival were submitted by 55 sculptors from 27 countries.
