The official opening ceremony of the 4-kilometer recreation area will be held on Tuesday, November 21 at 11.00 am. Residential real estate sales statistics in Turkey for October 2023

The Turkish Institute of Statistics (TUIK) has released residential sales statistics for October 2023. In October, 93.761 properties were sold in the country, down 8.7% compared to October 2022. In total, 993,835 properties have been sold since the beginning of the year, down 14.3% from the same period in 2022. In terms of real estate sales in October, Istanbul led with 15.9% (14,941 units), followed by Ankara with 7.9% (7,394 units) and Izmir with 5.5% (5,192 units).

Five tons of free hamsi at the Alanya Festival!

The traditional anchovy (hamsi) festival organized by the Alanya Black Sea People's Association (ALKARDER) will be held on November 25-26 in the square at the foot of the Red Fortress of Alanya. A modern industrial zone is being built in Korkuteli, Antalya.

On a special online platform it will be possible to enter all data, upload documents and pay the visa fee.
